Female-founded and proudly independent, Ann Squared began in 2016 when two producers, both with Ann as their middle name, decided to build an agency shaped by experience, trust and a shared love of making things happen. What started as an idea between colleagues has grown into a full-service events and experiential agency trusted by leading brands and agencies across the UK.
Nearly a decade later, Ann Squared continues to be guided by the same belief that events should never feel ordinary. Our handpicked team of producers, project managers, creatives and on-the-ground problem-solvers bring that to life every day and combine creativity, precision and personality in everything they do.
With an in-house staffing agency and a network of trusted specialists, we bring together the right people for every project. Whether it’s a large-scale production, a white-label agency partnership or an end-to-end brand experience, we deliver events that are seamless, impactful and always true to the brief.

Charlotte keeps every project running smoothly, from creative builds to complex logistics. Whether it’s a shopping centre build, a festival field or a sub-zero car park, she’s the steady hand that keeps it all in check.
After years on the road as an Event Manager, Jade now personally oversees Ann Squared’s 250-strong staffing network. Endlessly people-focused, Jade is the heart of the team and brings warmth and experience to every brief.
Abi is responsible for all things marketing - spreading the word about the brilliant work the Ann Squared team delivers. Alongside this, she manages the company's growing portfolio of distinctive event locations across the UK and Europe.
With over a decade of experience, Matilda thrives on transforming creative ideas into fabulous live experiences and is known for her energy, humour and always being one step ahead.
Lara has a background in hospitality and four years of agency experience, bringing warmth, positivity and precision to every project. She’s always happy to help, is known for her can-do attitude and doesn’t mind getting stuck in. She keeps spirits high and smiles wide, no matter how long the hours get.
Ollie embodies the true spirit of Ann Squared. An enthusiastic, creative and client-focused member of the team; he loves working with clients to bring their concepts to life. In an increasingly digital world, he enjoys being able to create experiences that help people connect, as well as escape the pressures of online life
With over five years of industry experience and a BSc in Event Management, Lucy loves bringing large-scale events and experiential campaigns to life. Known for her attention to detail and calm approach under pressure, she enjoys working with people and creating seamless experiences that consistently exceed client expectations.
A chemistry graduate turned event professional, Nicoleta blends logic and creativity in equal measure. Her love of structure (and her legendary spreadsheets!) keeps every activation running to plan.
Anna brings creativity, energy, and a hands-on approach to every event. With experience in project management and logistics across the experiential events industry, she loves turning ideas into memorable experiences. From big-picture planning to the smallest finishing touches, she's all about creating events that run smoothly, feel effortless and are remembered by everyone.
